Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer (Fresher) with a strong foundation in full-stack development, software testing (QA), and an interest in AI-driven tools. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn, build, test, and deliver high-quality software in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support development of web applications using React.js and Node.js
Assist in backend development using Express.js and MongoDB
Execute manual testing and support automation efforts where required
Identify, document, and help resolve defects
Use AI-based tools to improve coding, testing, and learning efficiency
Follow coding standards, version control, and SDLC processes
Work closely with QA teams to bridge the gap between development and testing
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Understanding of React.js and Node.js fundamentals
Basic awareness of MongoDB or database concepts
Clear understanding of software testing basics (SDLC, STLC, test cases, defects)
Strong willingness to learn development from a QA-driven quality approach
Familiarity with or interest in AI tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
